From Saturday November 2nd until Monday November 4th, users experienced errors when accessing certain system features.

## Root Cause
A planned enhancement to support new features required restructuring our data pipeline. This change, while functioning correctly for its intended purpose, created an unexpected interaction with existing code.

## Impact
During this period, some users were unable to access historic plans, comments, and interactions. No data was lost during the incident.
